*OUT PATIENT
SERVICES
Cairo Cure is basically an outpatient
center dedicated
for oncology related medical services.
In Cairo Cure
we provide initial evaluation, second opinions, consultations, treatments
and follow
up care. We
are also involved in early detection programs of cancer; a
service
that is addressed to healthy population. Geographically, our center is divided into a
consultation/follow up area (south) and a treatment area (north and east).
The south
area contains four exam rooms and two physician
work rooms.
The treatment area has six
highly equipped rooms and a clinical pharmacy. Patients in the treatment area receive chemotherapy
programs whose duration doesn't exceed eight hours. Patients' privacy is
extremely respected in Cairo Cure: All treatment rooms are single, with
private bathrooms, air-conditioning,
television as well as a telephone. A highly trained staff of physicians and
nurses are always available to monitor therapy, answer all questions and
complaints. Patients receiving chemotherapy for longer duration are referred
to our inpatient service located in the
SHOROUK hospital.
Occasional
patients may need to have their treatment as
continuous infusion for a long period of time.
In
Cairo Cure, we are proud to be the first to adopt this therapy via small
portable pumps which are provided for the patients allowing them
to receive the treatment at home without being hospitalized.
In Cairo Cure, chemothera
peutic drugs are handled in a
highly equipped clinical pharmacy. Disposal of
these drugs after use is done by a specialized company to ensure safety and
avoid hazards of these drugs. Cairo Cure also houses a research office and a large
waiting area.
*PATIENT SUPPORTIVE PROGRAMS
Cairo Cure patient supportive
program has been recently established
to help our patients getting over
their disease. It includes group therapies and providing pamphlets/handouts simply explaining their disease,
different treatment modalities, the side effects of each and how can
we get over it, etc..............
*INPATIENT SERVICE
Our inpatient section is based
in the SHOROUK hospital.
Staff including physicians, nurses and pharmacists in addition to a
clinical pharmacy are available all around the clock to
provide the supreme patient care. 
*RADIATION
Our radiation
service is provided in ELSALAM Maadi hospital. We provide treatment for a wide range of cancer
sites according to the treatment plan.
